Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial department.
  • Develop an efficient organizational structure for sustainable growth.
  • Ensure the highest quality standards in all business areas.
  • Identify and establish new market opportunities.
  • Strengthen the company’s strategic positioning.
  • Oversee financial planning, liquidity management, budgeting, and annual financial reporting.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing business partners.
  • Develop a comprehensive training and education program.
  • Oversee the establishment of a new company site on an existing property.

Your Profile

  • University degree in business administration or economics with strong legal knowledge.
  • Proven entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of service orientation
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on sustainability and long-term success.
  • Several years of relevant leadership experience.
  • Fluent in English and German (business proficiency).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Expertise in multi-project management with hands-on experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Reliable, results-driven, and decisive leader.
